CUOZZO FLEMING was founded in 2015 by Alessio Cuozzo and Jenny Fleming.

We design architecture that is responsive to the context, the client, and deeply rooted in the belief that we leave the city better than we found it.

We don’t believe in following short term trends or applying an in-house style. We design and construct considered buildings that will endure over time.

We have a deep appreciation of how buildings are built and the trades and craftsmen that construct what we design – considering the practical application of our designs is integral to how we design from the outset of a project.

Cuozzo Fleming have been engaged and successfully worked on numerous highly constrained sites, both urban and rural, working within AONBs, Greenbelt, Ancient Woodlands, Conservation Areas, Employment Priority Areas, and on numerous listed buildings including those on the Heritage At Risk register.

We have planning and construction experience across all London Boroughs, throughout the south east, and in Northern Ireland, but relish working in new territories whenever the opportunity arises.

Our team are based in our East London studio near Bethnal Green.
